Objective To study the efficacy of aloe pearl capsule combined with honeysuckle oral liquid combined with dragon pearl ointment in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 100 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2021 were selected as subjects. They were divided into routine group and combined group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with aloe pearl capsule combined with honeysuckle oral liquid, and the combined group was treated with Longzhu ointment on the basis of the conventional group. The clinical efficacy, lymphocyte subsets, inflammatory factors, skin injury score, satisfaction, recurrence and adverse drug events were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the combined group was 98.00%, which was higher than 86.00% of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of CD3+ , CD4+ , CD8+ and CD4+ /CD8+ in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-6, interleukin-8, interleukin-1 and interferon-γ in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The skin injury score of the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group at 2, 4 and 8 weeks after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the combined group was 100.00%, which was higher than 90.00% of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence and recurrence rate of adverse events in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Aloe PEARL CAPSULES combined with honeysuckle oral liquid combined with Longzhu ointment is effective in the treatment of acne vulgaris, which can improve the immune system function and skin damage of patients, control the level of inflammatory factors, reduce the recurrence rate, with less adverse reactions. The application safety is high.
