Objective To analyze the curative effect of peninsula gold micro needle combined with Forman fillderm medical collagen filler on facial acne sunken scar. Methods A total of 60 patients with facial acne scars admitted to our hospital from 2020.8 to 2021.5 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with peninsula gold microneedle, and the observation group was treated with Freman fillderm medical collagen filler on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, acne scar weight score (ECCA) score, satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the ECCA score of the observation group was (45.30±5.16) scores, which was lower than (54.38±5.80) scores of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment. Conclusion Peninsula gold microneedle combined with Fuman fillderm medical collagen filler is effective in the treatment of facial acne sunken scar, which can promote the recovery of scar and improve the treatment satisfaction of patients with good safety.
