Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of polysaccharide protein cream combined with vitamin C tablets in the treatment of chloasma. Methods A total of 82 patients with chloasma who were admitted to the Xi'an Huamei Medical Beauty Hospital from June 2018 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into the routine group and treatment group by random table method, with 41 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with vitamin C tablets, and the treatment group was treated with polysaccharide protein cream on the basis of the routine group. The skin lesion symptom score, skin lesion area, incidence of adverse reactions and good rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the color score of chloasma in the treatment group was lower than that in the routine group, and the area of chloasma was smaller than that in the routine group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the routine group, and the excellent and good rate of treatment was higher than that in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion Polysaccharide protein cream combined with vitamin C tablets is effective in the treatment of chloasma, which can effectively improve and relieve the skin lesions symptoms, reduce the area of chloasma skin lesions, and has lower adverse reactions.
