Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone implant in rhinoplasty. Methods 80 patients who underwent rhinoplasty in Xi'an Meilai Medical Beauty Hospital from September 2018 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into the combined group and the control group according to the principle of 1:1 random simple allocation, with 40 patients in each group. example. The control group was given silicone prosthesis transplantation, and the combination group was given autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone prosthesis transplantation. The excellent and good rate of plastic surgery, the increased length and height of the nose tip, the incidence of complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of plastic surgery in the combined group was 95.00% at 3 months after operation, which was higher than 77.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The height was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the 3-month postoperative complication rate in the combined group was 5.00%, which was lower than 25.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . The satisfaction scores of nose tip activity, nose shape three-dimensional feeling, nose tip uprightness, and nose tip natural beauty were significantly higher in the combined group than those in the control group at 3 months after operation (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone prosthesis transplantation in rhinoplasty can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the length and height of the nasal tip, improve the aesthetic rate of the patients, and also improve the satisfaction of the patients.
