Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of free transplantation of orbital septum fat particles into the lacrimal groove depression of lower eyelid in lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Methods From August 2019 to August 2019, 152 patients who underwent lower eyelid blepharoplasty 2021 from Guangxi Hyun Mei Medical and Cosmetic Surgery Co.,Ltd., Nanning Medical and Cosmetic Surgery Clinic were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 76 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the traditional lower eyelid blepharoplasty, while the observation group was treated with free transplantation of orbital septum fat particles into the lacrimal groove depression of lower eyelid in lower eyelid blepharoplasty. The TTRS score, Barton classification, complication rate and SF-36 score of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative TTRS score of the two groups was lower than that before operation, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The proportion of patients with grade 0 and grade I of Barton classification in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The postoperative SF-36 score was higher than that before operation, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In lower eyelid blepharoplasty, free Objective To analyze the effect of free transplantation of orbital septum fat particles into the lacrimal groove depression of lower eyelid in lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Conclusion In lower eyelid blepharoplasty, free transplantation of orbital septal fat particles can promote the therapeutic effect of lower eyelid lacrimal groove depression, improve the lacrimal groove depressio, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
