Abstract:Objective To analyze the value of small incision combined with plastic surgery suture technique in patients with thyroid surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with thyroid surgery who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into an experimental group and a reference group by ramdom table method, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with small incision combined with plastic surgery suture technique, and the control group was treated with conventional thyroid surgery. The clinical indexes (intraoperative blood loss, operation time, hospitalization time, incision length), incidence of postoperative complications and immunoglobulin levels (IgG, IgA, IgM) were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was less than that in the reference group, the operation time was longer than that in the reference group, and the hospitalization time and incision length were shorter than those in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 6.67%, which was lower than 30.00% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in the two groups after operation were lower than those before operation, and those in the experimental group were lower than the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application value of small incision combined with plastic surgery suture technique in the clinical treatment of patients with thyroid surgery is high, which can not only ensure the aesthetic effect, but also promote the recovery of patients, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
