Abstract:Objective To explore the value of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with double eyelid surgery combined with lower blepharoplastry. Methods A total of 60 patients with double eyelid surgery combined with lower blepharoplastry who were treated in our hospital from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction, mental state improvement, postoperative complications and quality of life improvement of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of self-care, exercise, mental state, body pain, appetite and sleep in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.67%, which was lower than 26.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of highquality nursing intervention in patients with double eyelid surgery combined with lower blepharoplastry is prominent, which is conducive to improving the psychological state, reducing the incidence of postoperative bleeding, incision infection, hematoma and other complications, and patient satisfaction is high.
