Abstract:Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on skin laser cosmetic treatment and psychological state. Methods A total of 86 patients with skin laser cosmetology admitted to Nanchong Central Hospital of Sichuan Province from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effect (scab time, scab off time), psychological state [Self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS)], skin lesion recurrence, pigmentation and scar were compared between the two groups. Results The scab time and scab shedding time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the recurrence rate of skin lesions, the incidence of pigmentation and scar in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the skin laser cosmetic effect, accelerate wound healing, regulate the psychological state of patients, and reduce the recurrence of skin lesions, pigmentation and scar probability.
