Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of CO2 lattice laser in the treatment of depressed scars. Methods A total of 62 patients with depressed scars admitted to Lijiang People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with CO2 lattice laser. The improvement of skin lesions, skin aesthetics, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results The scores of color spots, wrinkles, texture, pores and purple matter detected by VISIA after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The ECCA score after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of treatment was 96.77%, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 1.61%. Conclusion CO2 lattice laser is effective in the treatment of depressed scars, which can effectively improve skin lesions and promote the recovery of skin barrier function, with high safe.
