Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of yeast recombinant collagen liquid dressing on facial sensitive skin. Methods A total of 206 patients with facial sensitive skin caused by dermatitis and eczema admitted to our hospital from March to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=98) and experimental group (n=108) by random number table method. The control group was treated with cold compress of sodium hyaluronate gel, and the experimental group was treated with cold spray of yeast recombinant collagen liquid dressing. The changes of subjective and objective symptoms and signs scores, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the subjective symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of objective signs in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the follow-up period. Conclusion Yeast recombinant collagen liquid dressing is effective in facial sensitive skin, which can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients, and has good safety
