Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of sunscreen nursing after skin laser cosmetology. Methods Fifty patients who underwent skin laser cosmetology in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into basic group and sunscreen group by random unmber table method, with 25 cases in each group. The basic group was given traditional nursing, and the sunscreen group was given sunscreen nursing. The nursing quality, negative emotion, nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality score of the sunscreen group was higher than that of the basic group (P<0.05). The HAMA and HAMD scores of the sunscreen group after nursing were lower than those of the basic group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the sunscreen group was 96.00%, which was higher than 76.00% of the basic group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the sunscreen group was 8.00%, which was lower than 32.00% in the basic group (P<0.05).Conclusion Sunscreen nursing is ideal for patients undergoing skin laser cosmetic surgery. It can improve patients' mood, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and has high patient satisfaction. It is conducive to establishing a harmonious nurse-patient relationship and is worthy of application
