Abstract:Objective To analyze the causes and nursing countermeasures of pressure ulcer after cesarean section. Methods A total of 28 patients after cesarean section in Jingxian County Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected to analyze the clinical characteristics, causes of pressure ulcers and nursing outcomes. Results The clinical manifestations of 28 patients were mainly subcutaneous injury (16 cases) and redness (12 cases). The location of pressure sores was mainly sacrococcygeal (17 cases) and iliac bone (11 cases). The causes of pressure ulcers were mainly affected by a single factor (16 cases), including 3 cases due to premature rupture of placenta, 7 cases due to moist skin, and 6 cases due to disinfectant. The remaining 12 cases were caused by combined factors. The expected results were improved after effective nursing intervention. Conclusion There are many causes of pressure ulcer after cesarean section. Effective nursing intervention is the key to prevent pressure ulcer
