Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in orthodontic implant anchorage. Methods Sixty patients with orthodontic implant admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The recovery effect, comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The inclination angle of upper central incisor in the observation group was larger than that in the control group, the difference of convex distance of upper central incisor was larger than that in the control group, and the displacement of molar was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing orthodontic implant anchorage can improve the postoperative recovery effect, and it is safe and has high nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of application.
