Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of micro-implant anchorage in the treatment of adolescent patients with oral malocclusion. Methods A total of 80 adolescent patients with oral malocclusion who received orthodontic treatment in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group used traditional anchorage to retract anterior teeth, and the study group used micro-implant anchorage to retract anterior teeth. The changes of hard tissue indexes, soft tissue indexes and treatment satisfaction before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The SNA angle of the study group was larger than that of the control group, and the GoGn-SN angle and OP-SN angle were smaller than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P
