Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of soft tissue expansion on wound healing in patients with burn and plastic surgery. Methods Thirty patients with burn and plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was treated with composite flap transplantation, and the study group was treated with soft tissue expansion. The clinical efficacy, wound healing, pain degree, quality of life, scar repair effect and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33%, which was higher than 60.00% in the control group (P
