Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of deep wound repair combined with early comprehensive scheme in patients with severe burns. Methods A total of 80 patients with severe burns admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with early comprehensive scheme, and the observation group was treated with deep wound repair combined with early comprehensive scheme. The operation, wound recovery index and healing of the two groups were compared. Results The wound coverage rate of the first operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the wound repair rate of planned reoperation, the wound repair rate of unplanned reoperation and the number of operations were lower than those in the control group, and the wound healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of flap healing in the observation group was 90.00%, which was higher than 70.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of skin graft healing in the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Deep wound repair combined with early comprehensive scheme is effective in patients with severe burns, which can improve the coverage area of the first surgical wound, reduce the number of operations, alleviate the pain of patients, and the healing effect is better, meanwhile it is conducive to promoting the rapid recovery of patients and obtaining better prognosis.
