Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of applying REBORN nano compound liquid in autologous repair technology and regenerative medicine aesthetics. Methods Sixty patients with chronic refractory wounds admitted to a hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional moist burn ointment, and the observation group was treated with REBORN nano compound liquid. The clinical efficacy, wound healing, wound healing time, skin scar hyperplasia, ulcer recurrence and aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The wound healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The skin scar hyperplasia rate after healing in the observation group was 3.33%, which was lower than 30.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The ulcer recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.33%, which was lower than 26.67% of the control group (P<0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 66.67% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of REBORN nano compound liquid in autologous repair technology and regenerative medical aesthetics is better, which can improve the wound healing rate, reduce the risk of skin scar hyperplasia and ulcer after wound healing, and the patient satisfaction is higher.
