Abstract:Objective To explore the role of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in neurodermatosis. Methods A total of 48 patients with neurodermatosis admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 24 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, quality of life and skin condition of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The skin condition scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention can improve the nursing effect of neurodermatosis, which can improve the skin condition and promote the quality of life of patients.
