Abstract:Objective To observe the effectiveness of wavy water cushion in preventing pressure sores in laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods A total of 68 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy admitted to Jingxian County Hospital from August 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ordinary sponge cushion during operation, and the observation group was treated with wave water cushion during operation. The incidence of pressure ulcer, comfort, satisfaction, quality of life and mental health were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 0, which was lower than 11.76% in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of culture, physiology, social environment and psychology in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of nursing attitude, nursing operation, health education, work initiative and environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, physiological function, general health, social function, vitality, emotional function, mental health and body pain in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of terror, depression, compulsion, somatization, psychosis, anxiety, diet and sleep in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of wavy water cushion in laparoscopic total hysterectomy can reduce the incidence of pressure sores, improve the comfort and quality of life of patients, keep patients in good psychological state, and have high satisfaction with nursing, which is worthy of clinical value.
