Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on symptom improvement and compliance in elderly patients with eczema. Methods A total of 40 elderly patients with eczema admitted to the Skin Diagnosis and Treatment Center of our hospital from December 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The symptom improvement and compliance scores of the two groups were compared. Results The EASI and SCORAD scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The treatment compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention during the treatment of senile eczema can improve clinical symptoms and treatment compliance, which is worthy of clinical application.
