Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of autogenous costal cartilage transplantation to construct nasal tip complex in nasal tip plastic surgery. Methods From April 2020 to April 2021, 80 patients with nasal tip plastic surgery in our hospital were selected, and then divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each gvoup. The control group was treated with autologous auricular cartilage transplantation to complete nasal tip complex plastic surgery. The observation group was treated with autologous costal cartilage transplantation to complete nasal tip complex plastic surgery. The operation-related indicators, nasal-tip protrusion, surgical satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the success rate of operation and postoperative incision healing time between the two groups (P>0.05). The nasal-tip protrusion of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Autologous costal cartilage transplantation to construct nasal tip complex has high application value in nasal tip plastic surgery, which can not only improve the satisfaction of patients with plastic surgery, but also educe the risk of complications.
