Objective To analyze the effect of zirconia all-ceramic teeth for cosmetic restoration of teeth. Methods A total of 70 patients with dental cosmetic repair admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional porcelain tooth repair, and the study group was treated with zirconia all-ceramic tooth repair. The visual function, aesthetic score, repair satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The visual function and aesthetic scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of appearance, comfort and surface smoothness in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 11.43%, which was lower than 28.57% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The zirconia all-ceramic teeth have a good effect on dental cosmetic repair, which can improve the overall visual function, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and have a good appearance, with a high overall satisfaction.
