Abstract:Delivery is a physiological process of natural production for women of childbearing age. In the process of natural delivery, pregnant women will have a greater pain. In addition, pregnant women lack health care knowledge, which is prone to depression, anxiety and other negative emotions. The whole-course responsibility midwifery nursing refers to the management mode of midwifery responsibility system of "one-to-one whole-course special accompanying delivery". It is a new mode of intrapartum service, which can shorten the time of labor, reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, relieve the negative emotions such as anxiety and fear of pregnant women, meet the service needs of patients from physiological and psychological aspects, improve the quality of nursing and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services. This paper mainly reviews the meaning, service content, practical effect and clinical application value of the whole-course responsibility midwifery nursing mode, aiming to provide relevant experience for the nursing of pregnant women with natural childbirth and further improve the quality of obstetric nursing service.
