Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of closed-eye mindfulness training on patients undergoing eye cosmetic plastic surgery. Methods A total of 52 patients who underwent eye cosmetic plastic surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 26 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given closed-eye mindfulness training on the basis of the control group. The time of swelling regression, postoperative suture removal time, psychological status, quality of life, sleep quality, compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
