Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of modified three-point double eyelid surgery in the treatment of upper eyelid skin relaxation. Methods A total of 102 patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into traditional group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The traditional group was treated with traditional double eyelid surgery, and the observation group was treated with modified three-point double eyelid surgery. The postoperative complications, healing rate of stage Ⅰ, pain degree and aesthetic effect satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the traditional group (P <0.05). The healing rate of stage Ⅰin the observation group was higher than that in the traditional group, and the VAS score was lower than that in the traditional group (P <0.05). The aesthetic effect satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the traditional group (P <0.05). Conclusion The modified threepoint double eyelid surgery can effectively improve the upper eyelid skin relaxation, reduce the incidence of complications, reduce postoperative pain, and improve the patient's aesthetic effect satisfaction.
