Scar adhesion is not only a cosmetic surgery, but also a common problem encountered by other surgeons. Therefore, how to prevent scar adhesion and related taertment methods have become the focus of research. At present, tissue filling method is often used for prevention and treatment in clinical practice. Based on this, this paper discusses the process of scar formation, the characteristics of scar, the main cells involved in scar formation, the relationship between eye plastic surgery and scar adhesion, and so on. Combined with the different tissue materials used to prevent scar adhesion, including orbital septum fat, granular fat, massive fat, dermal fat operation methods and their advantages and disadvantages, this paper aims to study the causes of scar adhesion in double eyelid surgery, in order to put forward specific treatment measures for clinical reference.
