Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of facial wrinkle removal combined with autologous fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 90 patients with facial rejuvenation who were admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with facial rhytidectomy alone, and the study group was treated with facial rhytidectomy combined with autologous fat transplantation. The clinical efficacy, clinical indicators and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The clinical indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion On the basis of facial rhytidectomy, combined with autologous fat transplantation for facial rejuvenation treatment is conducive to improving the therapeutic effect, improving the quality of life and skin status, which is worthy of clinical application.
