Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of self-made traditional Chinese medicine Chuboli granules combined with 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of facial vitiligo. Methods A total of 80 patients diagnosed with vitiligo in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 308 mm excimer light, and the observation group was treated with Chuboli granules combined with 308 nm excimer light. The therapeutic effect, repigmentation rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the VIDA score and VASI score of both groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of 90 d return to normal skin color between the two groups (P>0.05). The rate of 180 d and 270 d return to normal skin color in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.50%, which was lower than 27.50% in the control group (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Chuboli granule combined with 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of stable vitiligo patients can effectively control the disease progression, promote the repigmentation of patients, protect the skin, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the overall treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
