    目的 分析光动力联合冷冻术在皮肤癌中的作用。方法 选取2020年2月-2022年2月我院收治的 90例皮肤癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n =45)以及观察组(n =45),对照组采 用光动力疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合冷冻术,比较两组临床疗效、睡眠质量、不良反应、外观满 意度和生活质量。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);两组治疗后PSQI和SIS评分均低 于同组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05);观 察组外观满意度高于对照组(P <0.05);两组治疗后各维度评分及总分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对 照组(P <0.05)。结论 光动力联合冷冻术在皮肤癌治疗中效果确切,且不会发生不良反应,能够有效改 善患者睡眠质量以及生活质量,且满意度较高。

    Abstract:

    Objective To analyze the role of photodynamic combined with cryotherapy in skin cancer. Methods A total of 90 patients with skin cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (n =45) and observation group (n =45). The control group was treated with photodynamic therapy, and the observation group was combined with cryotherapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, sleep quality, adverse reactions, appearance satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The PSQI and SIS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The appearance satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, quality of life scores in the dimensions and total scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment, the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Photodynamic therapy combined with cryotherapy is effective in the treatment of skin cancer, and no adverse reactions occur. Meanwhile, it can effectively improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients, and the satisfaction is high.
