Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of glass fiber post-core combined with all-ceramic crown restoration in patients with anterior teeth defect. Methods A total of 94 patients with anterior tooth defect admitted to Changsha County People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given metal post combined with cobalt-chromium all-ceramic crown restoration, and the experimental group was given glass fiber post-core combined with all-ceramic crown restoration. The levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid, oral indicators, repair effect and dental aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the bleeding index, periodontal probe depth and attachment loss level in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of repair in the experimental group was 97.87%, which was higher than 82.98% in the control group (P<0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction of teeth in the experimental group was 97.87%, which was higher than 80.85% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of glass fiber post-core combined with all-ceramic crown restoration in patients with anterior teeth defect is effective, which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid, improve oral indicators, enhance the repair effect, and patients have higher satisfaction with the beauty of teeth after repair
