Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of peer assisted learning (PAL)+lecture-based learning (LBL) on the online teaching quality of anesthesia in plastic surgery. Methods From June 2020 to November 2021,60 anesthesia interns in Shaanxi Provincial People 's Hospital were selected as the research objects. Among them, 30 anesthesia interns of grade 2021 were included in the observation group, and 30 anesthesia interns of grade 2020 were included in the control group. The control group adopted LBL teaching mode, and the observation group adopted PAL+LBL teaching mode. The teaching effect, teaching satisfaction and theoretical assessment results of the two groups were compared. Results The mastery of teaching content, learning willingness and learning efficiency in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P
