    摘要:

    目的 探究同伴互助学习(PAL)+传统教授法(LBL)教学模式对整形外科麻醉线上教学质 量的影响。方法 选取2020年6月-2021年11月陕西省人民医院的60名麻醉专业实习生为研究对象,其中将 2021级麻醉专业实习生30名纳入观察组,2020级麻醉专业实习生30名纳入对照组。对照组采用LBL教学 模式,观察组采用PAL+LBL教学模式,比较两组教学效果、教学满意度及理论考核成绩。结果 观察组教 学内容掌握程度、学习意愿、学习效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意 度评分为(85.60±3.99)分,高于对照组的(64.90±4.82)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组理 论考核成绩为(84.90±3.42)分,高于对照组的(77.43±5.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PAL+LBL教学模式在整形外科麻醉线上教学中的应用效果良好,可有效提高教学质量,学生的教学满意 度较高,其理论考核成绩得到有效提升。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of peer assisted learning (PAL)+lecture-based learning (LBL) on the online teaching quality of anesthesia in plastic surgery. Methods From June 2020 to November 2021,60 anesthesia interns in Shaanxi Provincial People 's Hospital were selected as the research objects. Among them, 30 anesthesia interns of grade 2021 were included in the observation group, and 30 anesthesia interns of grade 2020 were included in the control group. The control group adopted LBL teaching mode, and the observation group adopted PAL+LBL teaching mode. The teaching effect, teaching satisfaction and theoretical assessment results of the two groups were compared.
