Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value and cosmetic effect of minimally invasive surgery for minimally invasive breast biopsy. Methods A total of 52 patients with multiple breast fibroma admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into reference group and study group, with 26 cases in each group. The reference group was given smooth breast fibroma resection, and the study group was given minimally invasive breast biopsy. The operation related indexes (operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incision healing time and incision diameter), VAS score, total incidence of postoperative complications (local hematoma, local infection and bleeding) and cosmetic effect were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and incision healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss and incision diameter were smaller than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P
