Abstract:Objective To explore the repair effect of autologous hair transplantation on eyebrow defects. Methods From January 2021 to December 2022, 150 patients with eyebrow defects who underwent repair surgery in our hospital were studied. All 150 patients were treated with autologous hair transplantation. The number of follicles, operation time, incidence of complications, survival rate, hair loss rate, number of replantations and patient satisfaction were recorded. Results In 150 patients, the number of follicles drilled was 50-600 follicles; the repair was completed in 35-180 min. There were 14 people with secondary eyebrow transplantation; the survival rate of eyebrows was 70% -90%. The donor tissue of all cases recovered well, and no complications occurred in the operation area. The satisfaction rate was 99.33%. Conclusion The overall repair effect of autologous hair transplantation for patients with eyebrow defect is good, and it has strong safety and high survival rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
