Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of implant anchorage in maxillary anterior teeth retraction of orthodontic. Methods From February 2021 to September 2022, 60 patients who received maxillary anterior teeth retraction of orthodontic in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into reference group and study group, with 30 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with traditional anchorage, and the study group was treated with implant anchorage. The clinical efficacy, cephalometric indexes, treatment compliance and aesthetic indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The indexes of cephalometric measurement in the study group were better than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). The treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The aesthetic indexes of the study group were better than those of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of implant anchorage in the treatment of maxillary anterior teeth retraction of orthodontic can achieve more accurate curative effect, and the patient's treatment compliance is higher. After treatment, the patient's cephalometric effect is better, and the facial aesthetic index is improved, which is worthy of clinical application.
