Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on adult female chloasma patients with blood stasis constitution. Methods A total of 70 adult female chloasma patients with blood stasis constitution admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion. The MASI score, clinical efficacy and psychological status of the two groups were compared. Results The MASI scores of the observation group at 1, 2 and 3 weeks after treatment were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). After treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion has a good effect on adult female chloasma patients with blood stasis constitution, which can improve clinical symptoms and relieve negative emotions, and has certain application value.
