Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of super picosecond laser combined with microneedle introduction on facial repair and skin status in patients with chloasma. Methods Sixty patients with chloasma admitted to our hospital from January to August 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with super picosecond laser combined with microneedle introduction, while the control group was treated with super picosecond laser only. The skin lesion area and color score, skin physiological parameters, clinical efficacy, satisfaction and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the skin lesion area and color score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group ( P <0.05). After treatment, the epidermal water content and epidermal oil content in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the percutaneous water loss was lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The total effective rate and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05). The incidence of complications and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant ( P >0.05). Conclusion The application of super picosecond laser combined with microneedle introduction in patients with chloasma can effectively repair facial skin lesions, improve skin status, improve aesthetic effect, and have high patient satisfaction and low incidence of adverse events, which is worthy of clinical application.
