Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of type A botulinum toxin on injection plastic surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients with injection plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into wrinkle of forehead group, periorbital wrinkle group and glabellar frown lines group according to their facial conditions, with 40 patients in each group. All subjects were treated with botulinum toxin type A injection. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, treatment satisfaction and psychological mood of the three groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the wrinkle of forehead group was higher than that of the periorbital wrinkle group and glabellar frown lines group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the wrinkle of forehead group was lower than that in the periorbital wrinkle group and glabellar frown lines group, but the difference was not statistically significant ( P >0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the wrinkle of forehead group was higher than that of the periorbital wrinkle group and glabellar frown lines group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The psychological mood of the wrinkle of forehead group was better than that of the periorbital wrinkle group and glabellar frown lines group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of type A botulinum toxin in various facial problems can achieve satisfactory treatment results, and the application effect in the improvement of wrinkle of forehead is higher. Meanwhile, it can remove facial wrinkles and improve the satisfaction of plastic surgery, which is worthy of clinical use.
