Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in mild to moderate acne patients treated with glycolic acid peels. Methods From February to December 2022, 80 patients with mild to moderate acne treated with glycolic acid peels in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, quality of life, psychological status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of physiological field, psychological field, environmental field and social relationship in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group ( P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a definite effect in mild to moderate acne patients treated with glycolic acid peels, which can improve the effect of glycolic acid peels, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the quality of life and psychological status, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing services.
