Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of skin beauty nursing combined with supportive psychological intervention on the therapeutic outcome of female patients with moderate to severe acne. Methods A total of 60 female patients with moderate to severe acne admitted from June to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with skin beauty nursing, and the observation group was combined with supportive psychological intervention on this basis. The adverse emotions, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The quality of life score and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Skin beauty nursing combined with supportive psychological intervention can effectively improve the bad mood of female patients with moderate to severe acne, improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
