Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of acne with nonablasive skin remodeling. Methods A total of 50 patients with acne admitted to our hospital from June to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing, and the observation group carried out comprehensive nursing. The nursing effect, skin lesion changes, quality of life adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05). The scores of skin lesion indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Nonablasive skin remodeling combined with comprehensive nursing is effective in patients with facial acne, which can effectively improve the skin lesions, improve the therapeutic effect of acne, strengthen the physiological function of patients' skin, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
