Scar contracture is one of the common complications after hand burns, which can cause dysfunction and reduce the quality of daily life of patients. Therefore, it is necessary to attach great importance to the prevention and treatment of scar contracture after hand burn. At present, there are many prevention and treatment measures for scar contracture after hand burn. With the continuous progress of medical technology, various new prevention and treatment measures have emerged and been applied to clinical practice, and good results have been achieved. This article reviews the research progress of prevention and treatment of scar contracture after hand burn in recent years, aiming to provide reference for clinical formulation of relevant prevention and treatment programs.
