Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of clitoral exposure based on sensitization of female sexual response on female sexual life. Methods From January to June 2021, 35 beauty seekers admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects, and operated by the same surgical project group. The clitoris was exposed 1/3 by clitoral exposure; the time of clitoris erection and the scores of female sexual function index (FSFI) and female sexual distress scale (FSDS-R) were observed before operation and 6 months after operation. Results Totally 85.71% of the beauty seekers said that the clitoral orgasm was advanced, 8.57% of the beauty seekers said that there was no significant change in the clitoral orgasm, and 5.71% of the beauty seekers said that the clitoral sensitivity was lower than before; the FSFI score at 6 months after operation was (25.93±2.72) scores, which was higher than (24.31±3.43) scores before operation (P <0.05). The FSDS-R score at 6 months after operation was (22.89±6.45) scores, which was lower than (25.31±7.07) scores before operation (P <0.05). Conclusion The clitoral exposure based on sensitization of sexual response can improve the clitoral sexual sensitivity of beauty seekers and effectively improve women's sexual life satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
