Objective To explore the application e?ect of fxed partial denture and removable denture in oral prosthesis treatment. Methods Sixty patients who underwent oral prosthesis treatment in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group by drawing lots, with 30 patients in each group. The study group was repaired with removable dentures, and the control group was repaired with fxed partial denture. The tooth activity, in?ammatory factor levels, and clinical efcacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the masticatory efciency and linguistic ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the tooth mobility score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no signifcant di?erence in the levels of in?ammatory factors between the two groups after 3 days and 1 week of treatment (P>0.05). The total e?ective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with fxed partial denture repair treatment, removable denture repair treatment can improve the patient's dental activity and help restore the patient's oral function, which is worthy of clinical application.
