Abstract:Objective To evaluate the practical e?ect of prefbrillated post technology in oral restoration treatment. Methods From January 2021 to December 2022, 80 patients with oral restoration treatment in Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Hebei Province were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with prefabricated fber posts, and the control group was treated with cast metal posts. The clinical efcacy, clinical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total e?ective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 82.50% in the control group (P<0.05). The single treatment time of nuclear pile in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the thickness of bone graft and bone thickness were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%, which was lower than 25.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Prefabricated fber post can e?ectively improve the e?ect of oral restoration treatment, shorten the single treatment time of oral repair core post, improve the thickness of bone graft and bone thickness, and ensure the safety of oral repair treatment, which is worthy of clinical application.
