Abstract:Objective To explore the application e?ect of visible light-cured composite resin bonding in aesthetic restoration of teeth. Methods A total of 122 patients who underwent aesthetic restoration of teeth in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 61 patients in each group. The control group received nano-composite resin repair treatment, and the observation group received visible light-cured composite resin bonding treatment. The clinical efficacy, aesthetics, quality of life, subjective efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total e?ective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.72%, which was higher than 80.33% in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of aesthetics in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of comfort, masticatory function and language function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.92%, which was lower than 16.39% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of visible light-cured composite resin bonding in aesthetic restoration of teeth is e?ective, which can improve the repair e?ect and tooth aesthetics, improve the quality of life of patients, improve their comfort, chewing function and language function, the risk of complications is small, and the application safety is high.
