Objective To explore the application e?ect of orthodontic traction combined with porcelain crown restoration in the treatment of anterior subgingival crown fracture. Methods A total of 30 patients with anterior subgingival crown fracture admitted to Shandong Provincial Stomatological Hospital from January 2015 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 15 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional post-core crown restoration, and the observation group was treated with orthodontic traction combined with porcelain crown restoration. The clinical efcacy, chewing function and repair satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total e?ective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.00%, which was higher than 60.00% in the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The masticatory function of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.00%, which was higher than 60.00% of the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Orthodontic traction combined with porcelain crown restoration can e?ectively improve the treatment e?ect of anterior subgingival crown fracture, improve the masticatory function of patients, and improve the satisfaction of restoration, which is worthy of clinical application.
