Abstract:Objective To investigate the application e?ect of tranexamic acid combined with intensive pulsed light therapy in patients with chloasma. Methods A total of 64 patients with chloasma admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 32 patients in each group. The control group was treated with tranexamic acid, and the observation group was treated with tranexamic acid combined with intensive pulsed light. The recovery of chloasma, skin lesion score, skin stratum corneum water content, transepidermal water loss and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the MASI score of the observation group was (8.94±1.16) scores, which was lower than (10.78±2.17) scores of the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). After treatment, the skin lesion score and transepidermal water loss in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the skin stratum corneum water content was higher than that in the control group, the di?erences were statistically signifcant (P<0.05). There was no signifcant di?erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Tranexamic acid combined with intensive pulsed light can e?ectively improve the condition of chloasma and the degree of skin lesions in patients with chloasma, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, which is worthy of clinical application.
