Abstract:Objective To explore the e?ect of implanting catgut in acupoint combined with monopolar radiofrequency in facial anti-aging treatment. Methods A total of 70 patients with facial aging admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into conventional group (n=34, implanting catgut in acupoint) and treatment group (n=36, implanting catgut in acupoint combined with monopolar radiofrequency) by random number table method. The facial improvement, patient satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the improvement of skin tightness, nasolabial groove, puppet lines and wrinkles in the treatment group was better than that in the conventional group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients in the treatment group was 94.44%, which was higher than 73.52% in the conventional group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). There was no signifcant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Implanting catgut in acupoint combined with monopolar radiofrequency can e?ectively improve the facial aging state. After treatment, the skin tightness and wrinkles of the patients are improved, the patient satisfaction is high, and the incidence of adverse reactions is not increased.
