Objective To explore the application e?ect of partition multi-point injection of type A botulinum toxin in patients with periorbital wrinkle. Methods From June 2022 to January 2023, 86 patients with periorbital wrinkle admitted to the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with eye bag plastic surgery, and the observation group was treated with multi-point injection of type A botulinum toxin on the basis of the control group. The clinical efcacy, wrinkle severity, psychological state, treatment satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total e?ective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%, which was higher than 81.40% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of wrinkle severity, SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the di?erences were statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.02%, which was higher than 76.74% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of physiology, psychology, society and environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Partition multi-point injection of type A botulinum toxin has a good e?ect on improving periorbital wrinkle, which can reduce the degree of wrinkles, improve the psychological state of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
