Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of tension-reducing suture device in scar plastic surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with scar plastic surgery admitted to Qianxian Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2018 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received traditional manual suture, and the observation group received tension-reducing suture. The wound healing satisfaction and postoperative scar recovery were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The postoperative scar score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The tension-reducing suture device can not only reduce the risk of scar formation and improve the e?ect of scar plastic surgery, but also reduce postoperative discomfort and improve the safety and reliability of the operation, which has a good application prospect.
